### API

### Action

A single step within a workflow that performs a task.

### Automation

The use of technology to perform tasks with minimal human intervention.

### Idempotency

A property ensuring that performing the same operation multiple times produces the same result.

### Integration

A connection between two software tools that allows data to flow between them.

### Middleware

Software that connects different applications or systems to enable communication.

### Onboarding

The process of setting up and familiarizing new users or customers with a product.

### Orchestration

The coordination and management of multiple automated workflows across systems.

### SLA

Service Level Agreement, a commitment between a service provider and a client on performance standards.

### Trigger

The event or condition that starts a workflow.

### Webhook

An HTTP callback that sends real-time data from one application to another when an event occurs.

### Workflow
